School Behavior Plan PBIS
PBIS as a school means having clear behavior expectations in all areas of the school and teaching our expectations for behavior just like we would teach any other core subject. In the classroom, PBIS means preventative and responsive approaches to behavior and strategies to decrease disruptions and increase instructional time. Essentially, we strive to clearly teacher our school wide and classroom expectations so students have a positive school environment and healthy, positive relationships so they can learn and realize their full potential at school each day.
